Meet the Team | TYSEAN ZANDERS | Care Coordinator
Born and raised in New York, Tysean brings a vibrant blend of Caribbean American culture, energy and warmth to our team. He moved to Australia in 2018 to be with his wife in Cairns, where he quickly became an active part of his community, volunteering through his church and supporting local youth.
Before joining Right at Home, Tysean built a diverse background across retail, youth work and support work—experience that shaped his compassionate, people‑focused approach. He first joined our team as a Home Care Worker in 2025, where his natural rapport with clients and strong work ethic stood out immediately. In February this year, he stepped into a Care Coordinator position, allowing him to combine his frontline experience with a broader role in supporting both clients and staff.
Outside of work, Tysean is passionate about basketball—both playing and coaching—and enjoys staying connected to his community. One of his biggest goals is to buy a home and build long‑term financial freedom for the generations to come.
