I want to take a moment to honor my dear friend and mentor, Thomas Creevey.

This man has been an incredible force in my life, teaching me everything I know about understanding the body and its patterns. Over the years, Thomas not only shared his immense knowledge but also welcomed me into his home, allowing me to live with him for 3.5 years over an eight-year period. His generosity and guidance have shaped the person I am today, and I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing without his wisdom and support.

Thomas recently suffered another heart attack and is now back home, but he’s very weak and in need of all the love and support we can offer. He has a nurse with him for a few hours a day this week, but after that, he’ll need even more encouragement to stay strong.

If you know Thomas, please reach out to him, send him your best wishes, or simply say hello. He could really use the uplifting energy of the community he’s given so much to over the years.

Thomas, you’re in my thoughts and prayers, mate.
Thank you for everything you’ve done for me and so many others.

We welcome little Indy (Cavoodle) to our family. She is 12weeks old and loves the beach /collecting sticks & hanging out in the treatment room.
