Part of a healthy mindset is doing new things, hobbies, sports, languages …
I have a lot of hobbies some I am great at and some not …but the point is that I enjoy them and they add happiness or growth to my life.
Some of mine are learning 3 different languages 😅am I good at them …1 kind of two no ..learning the electric guitar and Theramin and violin …work in progress there ..block your ears for a couple years.
Knitting …scarfs have holes in them but look pretty lol
And now enter embroidery
Love it …however see below I accidentally sewed the hoop onto the pillow case as you can see the little hole I had to cut it out …
Point is we get good at some things over practice and some things not …
It doesn’t matter just keep doing what brings joy 💜

Also …..age is no barrier …I started electric guitar at 49 …and all the others a couple yrs before …I’m just getting started ✨
