Why are we so confused about food?
We have more nutrition information available than ever before — and yet people are more lost, more anxious, and more disconnected from their bodies than at any other point in history.
That’s not a coincidence. That’s what happens when you’ve been taught to outsource your body’s intelligence to an industry that profits from your confusion.
Diet culture doesn’t just steal your relationship with food. It severs your connection to your own intuition. And when that signal goes quiet, you stop trusting yourself — not just around eating, but across your whole life.
Shame, guilt, blame, and unprocessed trauma do the same thing. They create interference. Static. And suddenly you can’t hear what your body is actually telling you.
But your intuition never left. It’s still there — your most direct access point to what is real, what is good for you, and who you actually are.
Clearing that interference is the work. Coming back into alignment with your own signal is the work. Living as your own unique expression, in truth — not following the herd — that is mastery.
It starts with learning to listen to your body again. Want to go deeper? This is exactly the work I do with clients in my mentorship — link in bio to find out more.
