Start the New Year with a beautiful boost for your body and mind with our FREE ‘20 is Plenty’ online yoga challenge! ✨
20 minutes of online yoga with Beth Hartig, for 20 days, starting Monday 5th January 2026.
Some of you joined us for this challenge last year… this time, we have a completely new set of practices ready for you!
These classes are beginner to intermediate level, and each day has a different pace.
We’ll follow a simple 4-day rhythm that repeats across the 20 days:
Day 1 — Energising
Day 2 — Strengthening
Day 3 — Restful
Day 4 — Breathe + Meditate
This cycle will repeat five times, giving you a beautifully balanced, varied experience and a taste of different yoga styles throughout the challenge.
Every class will be pre-recorded and uploaded into the Hartig Yoga Online Portal each morning at 5am AEST.
Although the class is available from 5am AEST, you can practise whenever suits you.
20 minutes is truly enough to notice a big shift in your physical and mental wellbeing and everyone can find 20 minutes somewhere in their day (even if it means setting your alarm a little earlier!)
While the physical benefits are obvious, the biggest transformation always comes from how we feel mentally and emotionally when we’re consistent with our yoga practice.
