Breast Cancer !!! This is very interesting!!!

A team of researchers at Tel Aviv University, led by Dr. Tali Ilovitsh, has developed an innovative method that uses ultrasound-activated microbubbles to non-invasively target and destroy breast cancer cells.

These microbubbles—gas-filled spheres coated with tumor-seeking agents—are injected into the bloodstream, where they naturally accumulate at the tumor site.

Once positioned, low-frequency ultrasound waves are applied, causing the bubbles to rapidly expand and collapse in a process known as cavitation.

This violent motion physically tears apart nearby cancer cells by rupturing their membranes.

In preclinical trials with mice, this approach succeeded in eliminating up to 80% of tumor cells.

For the remaining cells, the same ultrasound waves were used to create tiny openings in the cell membranes—a process called sonoporation—through which researchers delivered a therapeutic gene designed to activate the immune system against the cancer.

This dual-action strategy, combining mechanical destruction with targeted gene-based immune therapy, presents a highly localized alternative to surgery.

Though still in experimental stages and not yet tested in humans, the technique holds significant potential, especially for patients who cannot undergo conventional surgical treatment.

Crucially, the method is minimally invasive, precisely targeted, and avoids many of the widespread side effects often associated with chemotherapy and radiation.

The way of the Dao 🙏🎋🙏

The way of the Dao 🙏🎋🙏

Food for Thought…

Quite often, we become disappointed and disillusioned by people, circumstances, situations, or events…

Nobody or no situation is perfect for everyone… we all have beliefs, habits, actions, ways of doing things that not everyone will fully understand and accept… we all have ways that we can improve…

If we have expectations about people or situations… there is a high probability that we will be disappointed… unless we seek to accept and respect…

It is our unfulfilled expectations that cause this disappointment and disillusionment… loosen the expectations…

Here is a way…

In Daoist philosophy, expectations, disappointment, and disillusionment are understood through the lens of harmony with the Dao… the natural, spontaneous flow of life….

Daoism teaches that suffering arises when individuals set rigid expectations or attempt to impose their personal will on the ever-changing nature of existence…

The Dao, by contrast, encourages wu wei… effortless action or non-forcing… living in alignment with circumstances rather than against them…

When one insists on certain outcomes, one resists the Dao’s natural rhythm, generating inner friction that manifests as disappointment…

Laozi, in the Dao De Jing, emphasizes humility, yielding, and simplicity…

The sage does not dictate how life should unfold but observes events with acceptance and adaptability…

This detachment does not imply apathy… rather, it reflects profound trust in the spontaneous order of the universe…

To release expectations is to free oneself from the illusion of control… When expectations collapse, disappointment softens into understanding, and disillusionment transforms into clarity…

In Daoist thought, disillusionment can even be a positive moment… the shedding of illusions that obscure one’s perception of reality…
By letting go of preconceived judgments about what “should” happen, individuals attune themselves more deeply to what is…

The practice of stillness (jing)… and emptiness (xu)… allows one to observe change without clinging or aversion…

Daoism teaches that peace arises not from perfect conditions, but from inner alignment with the flow of life…

Just as water adapts to any vessel, the person who follows the Dao moves freely through change, accepting joy and sorrow as part of a unified process…

By releasing expectations, we discover that disappointment dissolves… not because the world changes, but because our way of seeing it does…

In that spacious acceptance, harmony naturally returns…

Do you have expectations?

All the Best!
