To help you achieve good health the Valetudo Team has a broad range of options to cater for your individual or workplace needs. Valetudo are specialists at providing exercise physiology, dietetics, remedial massage therapy, athlete coaching and group fitness sessions. The Rossmoyne facility boasts a pool that can be utilised for therapy and well equipped modern private gym. The Valetudo Fitness and Physio team are very passionate about finding pathways for our clients to improve their quality of life and explore a new level of health and fitness. Our facility and broad range of services allow for us to cater all age ranges, health conditions and lifestyle / health goals.

Because if were not replacing the salt we’ve lost through exercise, it’s going to be hard to retain that fluid in our cells that were trying to replenish the body with.

Effecting actual changes for people. So much of allied health work is giving advice but not being able to witness/engage with the changes we advise on. Exercise treatment puts us front and centre for this, not only because of its strong evidence base, but because of its nature: the practitioner becomes a strong part of the journey, which is what makes it so rewarding.

ZOE NEWTON πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Zoe is an Exercise Physiologist and a graduate of Edith Cowan University (ECU), receiving the Evie-Rogers Elgar Memorial award. As a competitive 100/200 m sprinter, she brings a strong performance-focused perspective to her work and a passion for helping people move confidently and safely.

She has a particular interest in knee injuries, especially ACL rehabilitation, having personally completed a successful non-surgical rehabilitation following a ruptured ACL. This experience has shaped her commitment to evidence-based practice and empathetic, client-centred care.

She is also interested in working with neurological conditions, supporting individuals to improve function, strength, and overall quality of life through individualised exercise programs.
