Let go and let gentle moments hold you 💛

There is so much in life we can’t control…
and perhaps we’re not meant to.

But within it all, there are small, quiet moments still waiting to be noticed.

A warm cup in your hands.
A soft breeze through the window.
A moment of calm in your home.

These are the things that gently hold us when everything else feels uncertain.

Today, instead of trying to control it all,
what if you simply noticed
what is already supporting you… and felt grateful for that 🌿

✨ A Gentle Gratitude Practice ✨

Some days feel light…
and some feel a little heavier.

Gratitude isn’t about ignoring that, it’s about softly noticing what is still holding you, even in the midst of it all 💛

If you’re feeling called to begin (or return to) a gratitude practice, here are a few gentle ways to start:

• Begin with just three things each day
• Notice the small, ordinary moments
• Be specific — let it feel real
• Pause and truly feel the gratitude as you write
• On harder days, ask “What supported me today?”

There’s no right way, no perfect words…
just a quiet space to come back to yourself.

A moment of stillness.
A breath of appreciation.
A gentle shift in energy.

If this feels like something you need right now, perhaps today is the perfect place to begin 🌿

Lots of people over the years have asked, what do I journal about? Our answer to that is whatever it is that your soul wants to share with you.

Our tip for starting a journalling practice is just to start with a simple question to ask yourself such as:

🍂 What does my soul want me to know about today?
🍂 What is one piece of advice I would give my younger self?
🍂 What is it that I am seeking from life right now or what does my body need from me right now?
🍂 If I could show up for myself differently, what would that look like?

Then allow your words to flow. Try not to overthink it. Sometimes what comes out first makes no sense, but we encourage you to push through because journalling and self-reflection can be extremely rewarding especially when it comes to gratitude and creating calm in these crazy times.

Take a moment to pause and connect in with yourself. With your hand on your heart and closing your eyes gently, ask yourself what is one thing about aeging that has surprised me.

Try not to overthink it and please do this reflection with no judgement, guilt or regret.

Hi welcome to my page Soulful C. I’m Christine and I’m a qualified Holistic Practitioner. As a mainstream Counsellor it was my role to help people understand and make sense of their circumstances and find ways to work through their difficulties. One of the issues that came up consistently was overwhelming stress and anxiety.

Stress and anxiety are two of the greatest health issues facing us today. Even though counselling is extremely valuable, and I encourage people to seek it out, I knew there had to be more than just talk therapy for helping people find balance and harmony in their lives.

My purpose is to help you learn how to holistically balance your life, be heard, be present, hold a safe space for you, allowing you to grow, explore, heal and develop a life with meaning and purpose. We do this utilising the modalities of Energy and Sound Healing; Meditation; Breathwork; and Women’s Circles. Qualified in all of these modalities, together we look at what it is you are experiencing and adapt a plan to suit your individual needs
