We’re currently running a range of programs, including:
🌿 Wellness Ways for Women.
👩‍👧 Parenting Group.
👶 Perinatal & Postnatal Exercise and Wellbeing.

Our groups are practical, welcoming and designed to meet people where they’re at, whether you’re looking for support, connection, or small steps toward better wellbeing.

Places are limited, and bookings are essential.

*** Healthy Habits Walking Group ***

Our Healthy Habits Walking Group is for adults (16+) living with, or at risk of, chronic health conditions, and is designed to be inclusive, supportive and community-focused.

Date: Every Monday.
Time: 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm.
Location: Dead Man’s Pass car park, Gawler.

Individuals are welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as they are able to.

APNA’s 2025 Workforce Survey, which surveyed over 2,000 primary health care nurses, shows a workforce that is already delivering at a high level and ready to do even more when supported to work to their full scope.
