We appreciate your feedback about our new practice management software and understand that it hasn't been the right fit for our practice and clients. With this in mind, we are actively exploring several alternative providers and are committed to identifying the best solution for our clients and providers. In the meantime, we will begin the transition process to return to our previous software provider to ensure minimal disruption and continued support for our clients during this period.

Office Update – New Phone Number (Administration) & Fax Machine (Decommissioning).

22 January 2025,

Hi Everyone,

We wanted to let you know that we’ve updated our contact information in 2025. Gawler Psychology has a new official phone number 0489 235 134 for new patient enquires and administrative tasks (invoice enquiries and for all service providers).

Our fax machine will also be decommissioned with all new enquires or referrals going to our bookings email (bookings@gawlerpsychology.com.au) or (clinical@gawlerpsychology.com.au).

We’re excited about these changes that will apply from Tuesday 27th of January and beyond. Please update your contacts accordingly and save this number for future questions, comments, or concerns.

The old number (0432 450 471) will be used for direct client contact with James and there should be no changes for existing clients.

Thank you for your patience whilst we transition to our new software program and introduce a new phone. For any further questions – feel free to contact us at admin@gawlerpsychology.com.au

Sincerely,

Gawler Psychology.
