Denise offers foot reflexology on Wednesday afternoons — a nurturing, grounding therapy that supports the whole body through gentle work on the feet.

Today we’ll be open til 5pm, gift wrapping until our fingers are bleeding 🩸

Tomorrow (Christmas Eve) we are going to give ourselves a few early minutes and close at 4pm so we can clean up and get home before Santa arrives. If you are absolutely desperate for a last minute visit please phone us on 85232460 or just pound on the door… we’ll be around for a while.

Then we are taking a couple of 4 day breaks but you’ll have a 3 day window from Monday 29th - Wednesday 31st to pop in and use those gift vouchers and stock up on your incense and other essentials for your New Year celebrations.

What a magical day we had with Matthew Greenwood in our healing space yesterday!

It was so lovely to see all the smiling faces of the participants as they were leaving the sessions. We hope that you all left feeling inspired and renewed.

We thank Matthew for the very generous gift of his time and wisdom and look forward to his next group session in the new year.
