In this case, facing the challenges of multiple heavily restored teeth, a missing lateral incisor replaced by an original cantilever bridge and failed filling, a 6 unit canine to canine reconstruction including a bridge for the upper left lateral incisor has restored uniformity to the smile.

A bridge can be an excellent way to replace a missing tooth with something that does not require removal, especially when the condition of the adjacent teeth warrants care as well. Here our lovely patient after over 50 years of having a baby canine tooth, it finally come loose. We were able to replace it and correct some other discrepancies at the same time!
