The simple answer is the best time to train should be whenever works best for your lifestyle πŸ€”
Some people prefer early mornings some people late afternoons each to their own πŸ’πŸ½

Ive heard people say they train early because thats when testosterone levels are high in the body as opposed to a rise in cortisol later in the day but the truth is that the difference in these hormone levels within your body isn’t significant enough that they are going to drastically change your body composition depending on what time of day you trained ❌

Me personally I’ve always preferred training later in the day simply due to the fact that thats what works best for my current lifestyle πŸ‹
While its important to make your health a priority its also equally as important not let it control your lifestyle in order to keep it sustainable πŸ—Ώ

So don’t be fooled by people telling you what time of day you should be training to get the best results, instead do what works best for you and enjoy it instead of letting it become a chore βœ…

Heavy squats with basic accessory work performed with good from and the right intensity βœ…
Being Natural you don't need to over complicate your workouts πŸ™…πŸ½
hit your major muscle groups 2-3 times per week, focus on 1-2 big compound movements working heavy with good form and then 2-3 accessory/isolation lifts controlling the weight on both the concentric/eccentric movement and watch the growth come πŸ’ͺ

Massive shoutout to our friend/client Max ahead of his milestone birthday tomorrow πŸŽ‚
Heading towards the best shape of his life and kicking goals along the way, with our last testing day we are 12.5kg down in Weight and 23.5cm down in measurements from our initial tests. Cardiovascular fitness is up and big Strength gains to top it all off πŸ’ͺ🏽
