Originally established as a pharmacy, over 30 years we have grown to fit the needs of our community allowing us to turn into the quintessential health destination. Oops, got a sunburn!? Here’s how to help your skin.

We all love the sunshine, but sometimes it can leave your skin red and sore. If you’ve got a bit of sunburn, try these simple tips:

💧 Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
🧴 Use after-sun lotion or aloe vera to soothe your skin
❄️ Cool your skin down with a damp cloth or a gentle shower
🛑 Avoid more sun until your skin heals

If your sunburn is severe or you feel unwell, talk to a healthcare professional or visit your local pharmacy.

And remember — slip on some shade, slap on sunscreen, and wear protective clothes to stay safe in the sun!
