Hi Bella here from Red Clay Community Theatre. As a Creative Arts Therapist I utilise drama therapy and visual arts as healing and self reflective tools.
Through expressing our unique stories we find healthy and creative ways to thrive, especially in challenging times.
Due to current restrictions I am now providing online sessions for individuals, families and small groups, via IT platforms such as Messenger, Zoom and Skype.

Whether it be interacting with children or adults my main goal is to enhance and support mental health by empowering self expression through exploring drama/theatre, play and the visual arts.
