This position has become available following the retirement of one of our long-standing staff members, and we are looking for a caring,
professional nurse to continue the high standard of patient care we offer.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Casual position
- Approximately 16 hours per week
- Availability required between 8:00am – 5:00pm (days by arrangement however Friday availability is a must)

ABOUT YOU:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous general practice nursing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Best Practice software is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused

Kingscliff Doctors is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team.

This is a casual role, offering 2-4 shifts per week (pending practice requirements) between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support in a busy medical setting
Manage appointment bookings, patient inquiries, and billings efficiently
Maintain a warm, welcoming, and patient-focused atmosphere
Collaborate with a small team and work autonomously when required
Assist with sick and annual leave cover as needed
About You:

Previous experience in a medical reception role
Knowledge of Best Practice software is highly desirable
Possess a current CPR certificate or be willing to obtain one
Professional, well-presented, friendly, and reliable
Able to adapt to the changing needs of the practice and provide excellent patient service
