Hi! I'm Sharni ☀️ A fun-loving recently - learnt - to - surf - snack - enthusiast - dog - mum, with a passion for helping others achieve their deepest desires and biggest life goals.Whether those goals are to heal that lower back pain that has been nagging you for far too long, find relief from chronic pain/health conditions, landing your dream job, or buying your beachfront forever home - I truly believe you can create and achieve whatever it is that your heart yearns for, and through opening yourself to the magic of kinesiology, you can resolve the
emotions/feelings/beliefs/thoughts/nervous system stress/etc that are blocking you from realising those goals.
Not only do I love practicing Kinesiology, but below the surface of this Kinesiologist (KPP Level 5) is a background in Forensic Science (BForensics (Hons)), with a deep passion for understanding our neurophysiology, how our nervous system is impacted by our thoughts, feelings, & emotions, how this cascades into our physical, physiological, and mental wellbeing, and ultimately how this prevents or supports us in creating our desired reality.
So if you are wanting and ready to discover (or rediscover) your true essence, move out of fight/flight survival stress, bring to life the things that make your heart flutter with nervousness and excitement, and/or simply live a life full of joy & ease, then you have come to the right place!
