A healthy, supported body is not created in isolation — it’s the result of how the whole system moves, breathes and functions together.
In this 5-week course, we explore Hatha yoga postures and functional movement patterns to build strength, mobility and stability from the ground up and correct structural imbalances.
My approach rebalancing and activating the feet, switching on the core, and creating clear, connected pathways into the torso — integrating hips and the shoulders.
This course supports both physical benefits — strength, mobility, posture and pain reduction — and mental and nervous system wellbeing, helping you feel more grounded, resilient and at ease.
