For example, in winter our environment is at its most Yin.

Cold temperatures (Yin) dominate warmer days (Yang) โ˜ƒ๏ธ

According to these principles, in winter our bodies need plenty of rest ๐Ÿ˜Œ like early nights and warming nourishing foods.
