Soulful Healing

All things are made of energy. Everything has a vibrational pattern which can be changed. An energy block occurs when a naturally balanced energy system is flooded with negativity, trauma, stress, or fear thus lowering the energy body vibration. Feelings, emotions and sensations are stored in the cellular memory (cells) as well as the energy system. Negative or traumatic experiences, stress, unexpressed emotion, fear, anger, resentment or self-limiting beliefs can become suppressed in the body and inhibit or disrupt the flow of vital life force at a cellular level. These can be so deep within our cellular memory that we often don’t recognise they are there. Energy blockages limit our experience of life and can result in a lack of spontaneity, energy depletion, a feeling of unrest, agitation or dis-ease. In order to heal, we need to release the trauma from deep within the cellular memory.

Integrated energy healing is a safe, gentle, non-invasive approach to healing. It facilitates a path to wellness of your body, mind, energy and spirit by helping you release patterns or codes of the past, such, as, limiting energy patterns, negative belief systems, and trapped emotions, some of which can stem from traumatic early experiences in life.

Integrated energy healing works simultaneously across these systems, working at the deepest level where the cause of the issues are, rather than simply treating the symptoms / health conditions.

I use a direct approach that helps identify the deep, underlying emotional, physiological, psychological or spiritual issues that are blocking the system. Targeting specific area in the body where these cellular memories are stored allows the body to release the negative or trauma being held within the system. It clears and dissipates the blocks and deeply held emotions that accumulate, reprograms the mind, realigns the energy flow and cleanses the body restoring the energy system back to its natural state of health and harmony.

Healing Ceremonies

The healing ceremony is guided by the energy channelled through me. I open the ceremony by purifying the space, bringing in and channelling spiritual energies. Opportunities for discussion occur, where I will offer insight around the prevalent concern or issue. A guided open-heart meditation will lift you into a higher vibration. Throughout this time, you will move between the physical dimension, your auric field and your divine light where you will explore and face the prevalent issues through direct experience from a multi-dimensional standpoint. During the intense healing process, you will receive high, activating energy channelled through me which will work on your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

Remote Healing

Remote healing is where healing energy is sent by intent to a person who is not physically present. My remote healings are very similar to the healings I do in person. There is an option to engage in discussion via phone before the healing occurs. As I am healing, clients can find a quiet relaxing area listening to music that soothes their soul. Connecting energetically with a client allows me to feel their energy as well as feeling what is going on within their body. This is called a Body Scan process. In my channelled state I work with energy frequencies that come through me and the healing process is the same as my hands-on healings. Spirit guides guide me as I direct my energy into the areas of need through the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Crystal work and sound healing may also occur throughout this time. In the following days I make contact via phone or email with a brief description of what happened during the energy work, plus any explanations, advise and to answer questions.

What you may experience?

Each individual person’s experience will vary. Emotional experiences are the most common. A wave of emotion may suddenly appear for no reason. These may be bursts of sadness, anger, resentment, hurt, distress, worry, pain, all of which are old emotions being brought to the surface as they are clearing. These emotions will pass just as quickly as they surface. Waves of energy flowing through the body, dizzy, light headed, tingles or things moving around as they clear, lightness and release of heaviness, excited or happy, are all feelings and experiences that may occur throughout the healing.

Intuitive Balinese Massage

Intuitive Balinese massage takes a holistic approach as it focuses on balancing physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It combines a variety of massage techniques along with my intuitive abilities. This massage is a full body treatment which uses long flowing strokes and deep tissue techniques working on soft tissue muscles as well as the circulatory and lymphatic systems.

House clearings

Many things can affect a dwelling space. This can vary from lost souls trapped within this dimension, entities feeding on low energy, negative emotions being expressed such as anger, hate, rage and depression. Over time combinations of these activities can create portals within the space allowing lower dimensional entities through, escalating negative emotions, draining human energy, creating turmoil on all those within the space. Often children will be the first to ‘feel’ these energies.

House and work place clearings involve me coming out to the set address, to sense what is out of balance within your home, business, shop or office. A ritualized cleansing will take place where an assessment is made, negative energy is cleared, spirits are helped to cross over, the space and land is blessed with a protection, so a peaceful feeling is felt. I offer suggestions on how to improve the energy of the space to help prevent imbalances occurring again.
