It does this by boosting emotions of trusting purposeful cheerful, comforted love and patient, joy and valued. Lest face it who doesn’t want to feel more joy and value!!

Console is a blend of oils created to give you a deep sense of hope. It contains Frankincense Resin, Patchouli Leaf, Ylang Ylang Flower, Labdanum Stem/Twig, Amyris Bark, Sandalwood Wood, Rose Flower, Osmanthus Flower.

When worn topically or diffused it can help to:

💧Promotes feelings of comfort and hope.

💧Counteracts negative emotions of grief, sadness, and hopelessness.

💧Diffuse during times of loss to comfort the soul and evoke feelings of hope.

💧Apply over the heart morning and night as a reminder to be patient with healing and to think positive thoughts.

💧Apply one to two drops to a shirt collar or scarf and smell throughout the day to ward off feelings of grief and sadness.

For those of you who have not tried this oil yet it is INCREDIBLE!!!

Often when people come to me with sleep issues or worry & sadness or even they are struggling with energy I suggest Console. The reason I do this is because console deals with a lot of the root causes.

SLEEP:
When I have people come to me because they can't sleep I ask them WHY are you not sleeping? If they say I have too much on my mind "I'm worried about tomorrow, I can't switch off because I am stressed." I suggest a mix of Vetiver and console. In my experience Vetiver helps the background noise in your head calm down and console helps those thoughts to be more positive/hopeful.

ENERGY:
Again when people say they are struggling with energy I try to find the root cause, is it physical? Is it emotional?

Sadness can be an extremely exhausting emotion, often people don't even realise that sometimes their lack of physical energy stems from their emotional state.

For EMOTIONAL ENERGY - I mix console with motivate. The motivate oil I find gives you a psychological feeling of 'let's get things done' in the same way that you can be exhausted but if your mother in law calls and says she is on her way over, all of a sudden you find you have the motivation to clean the whole house in 20 minutes! The reason why I mix it with console is for the hopeful boost that it provides. While motivate pushes you to do it, console encourages you to believe it can get done - it's like a mini cheer squad in your head.

For PHYSICAL ENERGY I hands down recommend the long life vitality pack (LLV). Honestly I would write pages about how incredible these are!

Dr Hill is introducing the DōTERRA Kids collection this week 😍

Yesterday I introduced the dōTERRA Kids Collection we released at convention earlier this year. In this collection there are three main categories to pay attention to:

-Body
Resilient: we looked for oils with physical rejuvenation properties. These are oils that can help with discomfort (Copaiba and Zanthoxylum), cellular support (Frankincense and Helichrysum), and immune benefits (Melissa).

-Mind
Restore: we looked for oils that were soothing and calming to mind and body (Lavender, Clary Sage, Roman Chamomile, Cananga), as well as oils that can promote sense of mental energy and focus (Vetiver and Geranium).
