Healing, it is not a linear journey rather a spiral.

Unraveling the old, weaving in the new.

No matter where you are on your journey, trust that it is right where you are meant...

It is relinquishing complete control to truly trust in this that is sometimes the hardest,
and that’s ok,
some days this journey is far from easy...

some days are extremely testing and frustrating...

some days full of ecstasy and elation.

It’s about finding balance and harmony amongst the chaos.

As we navigate the New Year, I see a lot of clients with a common theme, the need to balance the Feminine and Masculine energy within after naturally having navigated the silly season which sees some of us being swept up and doing more than ever and for others quiet the opposite, relaxing into the flow state of life and surrendering to the now.

Masculine energy is action-oriented. It moves forward, it takes action, it controls.

Feminine energy is receptive, patient, and grounded in being (flow state), not doing.

It's not gender related, it's a choice of what energy one feels more natural expressing.

As with all seeming opposing values in life, trying to bring a greater sense of balance to both of these energies within you is necessary.

Simple and effective daily tools to help bring about balance in these energies in life; meditation, journaling, practicing presence, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Channeling Inanna strongly the last few days, Inanna is the goddess of love, fertility and of war.

She was known as the Queen of Heaven and Earth and worshipped in ancient Sumeria, a civilization emerging between the sixth and fifth millennium BC, in the region now known as southern Iraq. Inanna later became identified with the Akkadian Goddess Ishtar, with the Phoenician Astarte, the Greek Aphrodite, among others. There are also signs that the Hindu Goddess Durga originated from this thriving goddess centered culture in the Middle East.

Unmasked, humbled
and awake to the unfathomable wholeness of who she is made of,
she turns and faces our terrifying and achingly beautiful world.

Inanna has blazed the trail,
traveling to the underworld and back, her initiated heart
glows like a lighthouse
within your heart.

She is calling you into the messy and holy work, of weaving the threads of darkness and light back into wholeness, a source of healing
and renewal for yourself and
the world.

Shared with permission: 9:02pm 21st December 2020, a date and time prophesied by many as the dawning of the new age which will see the Earth shift into a new paradigm.

The Uluru - Kata Tjuta Elders and Keepers of Lore have spoken directly to over the years on event, inviting Steven to attend Sacred Ceremony on this date. The Elders calling this period of time, we move through now Blak fella White fella dreaming, a time for us to unite and come together as a collective to serve Mother Gaia.

To prepare for the event, this is what is encouraged; daily meditation, cleansing (smudging), eating high vibrational foods, coming from a place of love and releasing all fear based attachments.

Personally for me this means disconnecting from Social Media, taking time to me present with loved ones and self.

The planet itself is aware of this oncoming acceleration where its
resonance will ascend. It is for that reason that the Schumann Resonance, which measures the planets inner pulse, has been of recent times peaking and
receding like the tides of the ocean. It is readying humanity for this ceremony,

about 8. Each soul will automatically gravitate towards the frequency that
reflects their current stage of spiritual embodiment.

Aston is an energy healer and soul alignment practitioner, using unconditional love to open your energy centres. She connects with the energy of the group as a collective to bring forth what is needed for the highest good of all and then begins to clear any stuck or negative energy. Throughout the yoga and sound journey, she will travel by each of you and through the laying of hands, gently shift any significant blocks of energy coming up for the individual. PLEASE SHARE URGENTLY: Yesterday Wit-boooka and Diane were NOT successful in obtaining injunctions to prevent TMR and their contractors from destroying Djaki Kundu Sacred site (also referred to as the Gympie Pyramid) on the 10th of December.

Please URGENTLY contact The Governor General and the Queen of the Commonwealth of Australia (link in bio) , and express your horror and outrage that the Kabi Sacred site of Djaki Kundu is planned to be destroyed by QTMR's contractors on the 10th December. Djaki Kundu is the basis for Kabi 'Religious and spiritual' tribal beliefs, ceremony and practice. Please demand the Governor General take immediate action to do anything and everything necessary to prevent it from being destroyed.

Features of the site they plan to bulldose include the secret women's area and creek, probably midden remains, the embedded engraved marker stone, probably a scar tree at least one bora ring and remnants of stone circles, and secret caves and tunnels under the site, buried artefacts and other things, all of which we are told, all contracting parties including so called Kabi Kabi Native Title Applicants have labelled as 'not significant' and not worthy to be saved. It is planned some of the Stone walls will remain, but surrounded by busy highway and entance and exit ramps.

The Judge acknowledged our legitimate concerns and our rights to protect what he acknowledged as significant sites, religious and spiritual practice and cultural heritage, as distinct from any of the current native title 'applicants' who tribal Law/Lore tells us have no connection to country at Djaki Kundu do not carry it's Lore/Law and do not recognise it's significance.

To destroy Djaki Kundu would be immoral, against tribal rights to preserve and protect spiritual beliefs and practice, culture and heritage, and it would be in violation of sections 116, 51 (xxvi) and 127 of the Act to Constitute the Commonwealth. Destruction of sacred sites is also against the 'Rights of Indigenous peoples' and contrary to the Queensland Human Rights Act 2019, sections 3, 5, 20, 28, 48.

Happy 21st Birthday to my amazing sister I love you to the moon and back... I’m so grateful that 21 years ago Mum decided it would be an exciting experience for me to witness your birth. Life changing on so many levels; it had been such a privilege watching you grow into the Woman you are today, and an honour to call you not only my sister also a Best Friend. Today was pure bliss, a morning spent indulging in self care at one of the most idyllic spa settings on the Sunshine Coast
