Inner child healing is when we heal our emotional wounds and traumas from our childhood. They are those part younger parts of ourselves that can get triggered when we experience stressful or traumatic situations. When we heal our inner child, we heal that frozen younger part of our selves that is waiting to be healed and loved, to make us whole and complete. It is important to give love, care & attention to our inner child to heal our emotional triggers.

Why is calmness important?

Calmness is strength. It gives clarity to our turbulent mind. It allows us to think logically and helps us to make good decisions through pause & and reflecting.

Being calm does not mean we are just being passive. Being engrossed in things that we love like music, cooking , gardening, etc. helps us to reach a deep meditative state and find inner peace.

Hypnosis, mindfulness & and meditation all help to bring mental calmness.

R U Really OK?

Today is R U OK Day? And i'm asking you if you are really ok, not just today but everyday.
In this uncertain & challanging times, we need support of each other more than ever. Its not always obvious for us that someone we know is struggling in life but support of family, friends and close ones can give the strength & support
Lets start the conversation that could change someone's life. You don't need to be an expert to help others, just need to be a good friend, a good listener who will not judge and desire to help.

If you want to support someone but not sure how to start, you can follow these steps :

Ask R U OK? :Pick the right time, be relaxed and help them open up & mention specific things that what made you concerned n avoid confrontation. Ask open ended questions.

Listen: Listen with an open mind and without judgement. Show that you have listened by reapeated back what they have said. A

Encourage Action: Ask them how you want me to support you & what they want to do about it to make it easier. Encourage to seek professional help if needed.

Check In: Stay in touch and be there for them genuinely. Offer then resources.
