This month I’m celebrating three beautiful years of having my wellness shop at the E Shed Markets Victoria Quay and for two of those years I’ve been honoured to be a finalist in the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce Business Awards something I’m incredibly grateful and proud off.

Every weekend when I open the doors I feel truly blessed to share the wellness range that I hand create myself as a CMA Registered Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, all made with love and intention from 100% pure natural essential oils and non-toxic ingredients.

My little business has come such a long way in these three years. In October I also celebrated 6 years in business, a milestone that feels both surreal and special.

These past three years have brought many challenges, both personally and in business, however each challenge has shaped me, strengthened me, and helped me grow into where I am today.

Not every day is perfect, how we choose to face each day is what truly matters.

Never give up on your dreams. With determination, belief in yourself, and taking the action (even the tiny steps), dreams do come true.

I’m so deeply grateful to each and every one of you for being part of this beautiful journey.

Thank you from the bottom off my heart.

Today sees two more wellness gift packs ✨️ created ready to be added to the wellness shop at E Shed Markets Victoria Quay this weekend.

These are the Australiana Bush Collection Wellness Gift Packs. A Koala and a Kangaroo one.

Each Pack contains the uplifting 100ml Australiana Bush Wellness Spray, 15ml Australiana Bush Diffuser Blend, and 10ml Australiana Bush Roller Blend.

Close your eyes, imagine the beautiful aroma of the bush, the beautiful eucalyptus trees, the beautiful pine trees, the beautiful aroma of the peppermint eucalyptus trees and the lemon aroma of the lemon myrtle trees wafting around after a beautiful shower of rain.

There's just something about the aromas of the bush whether it be summer or winter, leaving the hustle and bustle of the city behind and heading bush is something that is enjoyed by many, maybe some are even blessed to live in the country.

Enjoy the little things - Peace Sleepy Sleepy Time Pack 💜

Made from the beautiful 100% pure natural essential oil blend of Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis), Rose Geranium (Pelargoneum roseum), and Jasmine (Jasminum officinale). A beautiful sweet floral aroma that is perfect to help with your sleeping problems.

The Peace Sleepy Sleep Time Sleep pack contains a 200ml Peace Magnesium Oil, and 200ml Peace Sleepy Sleep Time Sleep Spray.

Simply spray a couple of sprays of the magnesium oil on the top and bottom of feet and rub in. Can also be used as a body oil after showering. Spray a couple of sprays of the sleep spray on your pillow and bedding that comes up to your neck.

This will be available to purchase at the wellness shop this weekend. Cost $55. Postage is also available.

Today holds deep meaning it marks the moment at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month when the guns fell silent in 1918 bringing an end to World War I.

Remembrance Day is a time to honour the brave men and women who served, those who gave their lives, those who returned carrying the weight of war, and those who continue to serve today.

It’s more than a minute of silence, it’s a moment to breathe, to reflect, and to feel deep gratitude for the freedom and peace their courage has given us.

Today may we each pause, place a hand on our heart and send love and peace to those who came before us.

Introducing the Banksia Diffuser Pod + Australiana Bush Diffuser Blend

The Banksia Diffuser Pod is handmade in Fremantle Western Australia from a local woodturner and the diffuser blend by me. Pod is approximately 8cm high.

Simply add 12 to 15 drops (about 1 to 2ml) of the Australiana Diffuser Blend to the pod and enjoy its beautiful uplifting aroma.
