We don’t subcontract, instead, we offer Flexible Working Contracts paid by the billable hour. It’s the best of both worlds: the independence of flexible practice with the stability and support of an established organisation.
We specialise in complexity, and our reputation is grounded in strong, long-standing referral pathways and solid professional relationships. We also partner with the Department of Health to deliver private PBS work.
We’re now looking for a down-to-earth Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. Someone who is:
• Confident in working with complexity
• Values genuine collaboration
• Takes a practical, human-first approach
• Wants flexibility without isolation
