West Coast Support Coordination was established to provide individualised support services to participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We provide support coordination to people living with disability in our community under registration groups: 0106 Assist-Life Stage, Transition

We are committed to providing personalised support services that empower people to identify their goals in life, navigate and build their understanding of the NDIS, maximise capacity and growth to exercise choice and control, realise their potential, and ultimately live their best life.
