⚡️ OLYMPIC LIFTING WORKSHOP ⚡️

Join coach , national level weightlifter and weightlifting coach for this 2 hour ✨intermediate✨ level Olympic Lifting workshop.

You’ll be working on targeted drills and cues to help break down and elevate your Sn**ch and Clean and Jerk performance.

If you are comfortable you will be working up to heavier lifts by the end of the session.

✨ Intermediate Level = you’ve learnt at least the basics of each lift (Sn**ch, Clean & Jerk) ✨

👉🏼 AWF Weightlifting Lvl 1
👉🏼 Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness / PT
🫶🏻 All round great human who you will have a GREAT time learning from (we know from personal experience!)

Incoming workshop for coaches and PTs with our Senior Physio 🧠

👉🏼 LOWER LIMB TENDINOPATHY 🦵🏼

We know how detrimental complete rest can be when dealing with tendinopathy, as well as the negative impact giving up training due to injury can be on all areas of our clients’ health.

This workshop will give you knowledge and strategies to help your clients keep training in the presence of these injuries, as well as give you tips on how to manage a few of the common lower limb ones you may come across in your clients.
