Movement is a big part of how kids learn about their body.

Through play, sport, and everyday activity, they're building coordination, balance, and confidence - often without even realising it.

But with more time spent sitting at school or on devices, some kids aren't moving as freely as they used to.

Sometimes it's subtle...
Less interest in activity
A bit more clumsiness
Or just something that feels a little different

It doesn't always mean something is wrong - but it can be helpful to understand what's going on.

That's where having your child's movement checked can provide clarity.

We look at how your child is moving, adapting, and developing - and guide you with simple ways to support them as they grow.

💭 If you've been wondering "is this normal?" Or have noticed changes in how your child moves, this is often a great time to book a check in.

Sleep Posture During Pregnancy

Sleep can already feel disrupted during pregnancy — so finding a position that feels comfortable can make a big difference.

As your body changes, the way you rest may need to change too.

Small adjustments like pillow support, side sleeping, or keeping your body more aligned can help reduce unnecessary tension overnight.

There’s no “perfect” position — it’s about finding what feels supportive for your body.

Listening to your body and adjusting as needed is key.

💬 If you’re unsure about what positions may feel best for you, we’re here to help guide you.
