Weight Loss Transformation with Simple Diet Plan

Maintaining a healthy weight is important for overall well-being, and making smart dietary choices is key to achieving this goal. The kitchen is where the magic happens, and with a few simple diet changes, anyone can achieve their ideal weight. A carefully crafted diet plan can be an effective way to achieve weight loss goals.

Meal Plan:
Morning: Start the day with 1 spoon coconut oil.
Breakfast: Have a stuffed roti with healthy Dahi.
Lunch: Enjoy a serving of chapati (whole wheat flatbread) with a side of mixed vegetables , daal and Indian chach. You can add spices and herbs for flavour and seasonings.
Evening Snack: Have tasty and healthy khakra which is lowin sodium and oil. You can also have a cup of coffee to keep you energised.
Dinner: For dinner, have a serving of lentil , rice and a bowl of mix veggies. This will provide a complete protein source and healthy fats.

Additionally, it's essential to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and support weight loss efforts.
