Our joints do so much more than we give them credit for. 💫
They carry us through every moment, from our smallest movements to our biggest milestones. This November we’ve decided to slow things down and design a workshop that is dedicated to giving our joints the care they deserve. 💆♀️
Join our lead Yoga teacher Bhav for a 2-hour guided joint care workshop. Designed to help you move, restore and renew the way you practice self-care through the mindful combination of Yoga and Ayurveda. 🧘♂️
During this 2-hour workshop you’ll learn simple but practical tools to maintain healthy joints and improve longevity so you can continue to do the things you love for longer.
All levels welcome!
This workshop is injury and pregnancy friendly.
What To Expect:
• 20 min | Workshop intro + discussion
• 60 min | Guided practice + full relaxation
• 20 min | Poultice demo (individual/self-practice)
• 20 min | Take-home sheet, Q&A + refreshments
