C E L E B R A T E - On Saturday 21st June it’s a really special day, for three reasons...

🔸Firstly, it’s the Winter Solstice on Saturday 21st June, which marks the longest night and shortest day in the southern hemisphere. After this, the days will start to grow longer and lighter as the sun pulls us towards Spring.

🔸Secondly, on Saturday 21st June it’s also International Yoga Day, a day to celebrate all the benefits this beautiful practice brings, connecting the body, mind and soul.

🔸Lastly, it’s WildFlower Yoga’s 4th birthday!

M U M S & B U B S - Bookings have now opened for the next series of Mums & Bubs Yoga, in Term 2 💖

If you’re a new mum and looking for an hour of zen in a relaxing, safe and supportive sanctuary, this is for you.

🌱 6 week series
🌱 Tues 29th April - 3rd June
🌱 Held at in Wembley
🌱 11am - 12pm
🌱 $160 which includes all equipment

The classes are designed for mums with babies from the age of 4 weeks up until they start to crawl. This soothing class will encourage you to gently move your body, relax, restore, stretch and build strength. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with your body, mind and breath. All whilst bonding with your baby and like-minded mummas.

Nest Yoga is a serene and beautiful studio. There is plenty of free parking right opposite the studio, making it easy to access, especially with prams. There’s also a cafe next door, so you can hang out after class for a catch up and coffee.

I know some days with little ones can be tricky and appointments etc come up. So if you can’t make one of the classes, I offer a make up class at any of the Bold Park classes, so you can still fit in your yoga time.

Q: Are your classes suitable for beginners?
A: Absolutely! My classes are designed for all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or have years of experience, I offer modifications for a gentler practice and challenges for those looking for more. I focus a lot on alignment, so if you’re a beginner, don’t worry—you’ll be guided every step of the way.

Q: Are your classes suitable for men?
A: 100%! Yoga is for everyone—regardless of gender. There’s always a wonderful mix of students in my classes, and all are welcome to join.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: I provide mats, blocks, and straps for your practice. If you prefer to bring your own mat, feel free to do so! Just bring yourself and a water bottle, and you’re all set.

Q: I’m a beginner—what class should I start with?
A: The Slow Flow class on Tuesdays at 6:15pm at Bold Park is perfect for beginners. It’s a slower-paced practice with plenty of alignment cues to help you build a solid foundation.

Q: Can I bring my tween or teen to class?
A: Absolutely! I love seeing parents bring their children to yoga. It’s such a special bonding experience and offers so many benefits for both of you. It’s truly a win-win!

Q: Do I need to be flexible to practice yoga?
A: Flexibility isn’t a prerequisite for yoga—it’s actually one of the benefits you’ll gain from the practice! Yoga is about connecting with your body and mind, and flexibility will naturally improve over time as you continue your journey.

Q: How do I book a class?
A: You can easily book a class through the link in my bio! I’ve made it super simple so you can reserve your spot in just a few clicks.

Q: What if I can’t make it to class?
A: Life happens! If you need to cancel, please give me as much notice as possible. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, but if something comes up last minute, feel free to reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate.
