This is a gorgeous family all training together - Mum, Son and Daughter. 😌

✨And what do the kids do whilst Mum is on the Neurofeedback - chill watching a movie. Today they bought a playmate! swipe ➡️

Meet Mr.5 and his gorgeous little sister.

This little champion has been on a neurofeedback journey and his Mum was very excited to tell me today that he is now going to school without having a meltdown.

What was traumatic each school day at drop off, poor little guy.....would cry and could be up to hour and half of meltdown with Mum leaving him with the teachers in tears!

This week was a ZERO meltdown and he even waved his Mum bye and walked into class happy! Best Christmas present for this beautiful family 🎁

This technology never ceases to amaze me and it brings me so much joy with every client seeing such remarkable results.

RESULTS, RESULTS👇
Yes, let's talk about results, I'm always amazed by clients' progress and so are the clients especially when they compare themselves to before they started their neurofeedback journey.

When clients invest in the Mindfree Package we are constantly measuring progress however this measuring tool is filled out on the clients first visit and thereafter at each 10th session. Today I did a 10 session check in for my Mother and Daughter duet and the difference from the first session and tenth is remarkable.

Both gorgeous ladies had results that also blew me away. The daughter was suffering with long-standing anxiety to the point of panic attacks multiple times per week.

At her 10 session check in she couldn't even rate it!!! and said "The Anxiety is gone" 💥💃💛💫 from 10 out of 10 to NOTHING!!!
Overthinking and Depression were minimal to a super low level of 1 and maybe once a fortnight!!!

Her beautiful Mum also had results like this. Her stress levels were 10 out of 10 and were constant and now after just 10 sessions she rated this a low level 3 and only once or twice per week. Social Anxiety consumed all aspects of her life to now her saying... "It's almost non-existent" 💥💃💛💫

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION👇
Training with NeurOptimal Neurofeedback is relaxing, easy, effective, and non-invasive. It's so easy even babies can do it. 🤗
You will sit in a comfortable chair and simply relax. Five sensors in total are secured to your head and ears. Two are applied to your scalp and ear clips to your ears. These sensors allow NeurOptimal® to read the delicate electrical activity of your brain.

Then as you are listening to relaxing music you may hear brief pauses and interruptions in the music indicating NeurOptimal® is at work and giving your brain feedback to make adjustments. These interruptions in the music invite your central nervous system to pull away from this less-than-ideal path and bring you back to the present moment.

Despite the complexity during the Neurofeedback session no effort is required from you at all! Simply relax and enjoy the 33minute session while your brain does all the work until it becomes your new normal and your brain functions more efficiently, effectively and comfortably.

Turning 50 has been truly special. Being surrounded by my beautiful family and friends has given me time to reflect on how blessed I am to have so many special people in my life that have supported me through it all, the ups, the downs and the all arounds.

Some of my friends I've known for a lifetime and some have become lifelong friends that I've only known for a short time and every single one of these friends has loved me, supported me and there's always been lots of fun on the way. Because FUN is everything for me as when I'm laughing and not taking life too seriously, I feel at ease, happy, present and in the moment...

Thank you to all the special people in my life for making stepping into my fifties a lot of FUN and most importantly being surrounded with a lot of love.💃💖
