Veins veins go away!!
I’m 23weeks pregnant with my fourth child and spider and varicose veins are starting to pop in my legs for the first time.
A ginger+coconut oil leg massage daily has been helping. Ginger exhibits blood thinning & blood pressure reduction qualities, and hence makes circulation easier.

CLEANING the aircon filters: I love to clean the grime with lemon oil and then let them sit in warm water and a few drops of lavender oil.

I'm now taking a daily dose of Copaiba softgels and using Copaiba oil topically. I am using it to address constant pain and numbness I experience in my wrists and hands.
