The venue for the Halloween Disco will be at the Stay-Well Community Hub: Suite 2/186 Main St, Osborne Park. 🎃 💃

The date for final RSVP's has been extended to next Friday the 20th of October and can be done so by emailing communityhub@stay-wellgroup.com.au with the participants full name and a primary contact, or, by contacting reception on (08) 9541 0124 Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.

Everyone is welcome to attend, so feel free to share the flyer around. 🙂

For those who are wondering where to park when visiting Stay-Well Disability, there is parking right outside of our building (first in first serve). 🚗

If you have trouble finding parking there is parking directly across main street. 🛣

Once parked please head directly through the sliding doors to find the hub reception in Suite 1 to sign in or speak with our receptionist.

A small favor we ask: let's keep those hallways clear and cozy for everyone. We're sharing this space with other businesses, and a little consideration goes a long way.
