Helping families thrive, not just survive

The nap schedule that actually works for your life 👇

I’m never going to tell you that you need to be home for every single nap of the day because that’s not realistic, and honestly? It’s not necessary either.

What I do encourage is being home consistently for one nap. That’s your anchor nap. The one where your baby gets that long, restorative sleep in their own sleep space.
The rest of the day is yours.
Because getting out of the house as a new mum isn’t something to feel guilty about. It’s important for your mental health, your recovery, and honestly your whole family.
Sleep and flexibility aren’t opposites. You really can have both. ✨

If you’ve been feeling trapped at home, watching the clock between every nap, that’s not what good sleep support looks like. It should give you your life back, not take it away.
Save this if it takes the pressure off 🙌

Maybe my baby is just different?

I hear this from exhausted parents that book in with me all the time.
And I get it, when nothing is working, your brain starts looking for a reason.
But here’s what I’ve seen working with hundreds of families:
Most babies aren’t bad sleepers. They’re just missing the right foundations: Sleep pressure, Nap structure, Sleep associations..

These things matter more than most parents realise and implementing them in a way that supports your baby’s unique temperament is so important. And the good news? They’re all things you can actually change.

I’ve watched families go from surviving on broken sleep to finally feeling like themselves again and thriving as a family and in parenthood. Not because their baby magically changed. Because they got the right support.

You and your baby deserve rest 🤍

Did you know sleep isn’t just about bedtime?
A big factor in the quality of night sleep is actually about the balance between sleep pressure, adenosine, cortisol, feeds and naps across the whole day.

When that balance is off, it can look like:
• short naps
• constant catnapping
• bedtime battles
• multiple night wakes
• early mornings

But when we work with your child’s biology instead of against it, everything starts to fall into place.

✨ Naps become longer and restorative
✨ Bedtime is easier
✨ Night sleep becomes more settled

That’s exactly why I created my Nap & Feed Routine Guide.

Inside you’ll find:
✔ Age appropriate awake windows
✔ The science behind sleep pressure & homeostatic sleep drive
✔ Nap structures that support overnight sleep
✔ Feed & solids timing that works with sleep
✔ Easy routine examples from 12 weeks all the way to 2 years

No rigid schedules.
No “cry it out”.
Just practical, responsive guidance backed by sleep science to help your little one sleep better.

Because families deserve more than just surviving the days and nights…

They deserve to thrive. 🤍

I’m so excited to finally share something I’ve been working on behind the scenes...

✨ Welcome to Thrive Sleep Consulting ✨

Through my experience working with families, I have noticed something over and over again.

So many parents come to me completely exhausted, running on empty, just trying to get through each day.

They’re surviving.

But then we start working together. Sleep improves.
Nights become more predictable. Everyone starts getting the rest they need.

And the change is incredible!
Parents feel like themselves again, homes feel calmer and their little ones are happier and more settled.

Families stop just surviving... and start thriving! ✨
That transformation is the reason behind this new name.

Because when sleep is working, everything feels different and every family deserves the chance to thrive.

Thank you for being here and supporting this next chapter 🫶

If nap time currently feels chaotic, hit and miss, or something you dread, please know this:

It doesn’t have to be like that! 🫶

When your baby’s day follows a rhythm that actually matches their sleep needs, naps become predictable, restorative, and SO much easier.
And that’s when nap time starts to feel like your new happy hour 🥳

That moment in your day where everything slows down and you finally get to breathe.

Inside my Nap & Feed Routine Guide, I show you exactly how to:
✨ Build the right sleep pressure
✨ Structure your feeds + naps
✨ Avoid the overtired/undertired cycle
✨ Create calm, predictable days that support better nights

If you’re ready for nap time to feel lighter, calmer, and so much more predictable, comment “ROUTINE” or DM me the word ROUTINE and I’ll send you the link to the guide.

Your happy hour is closer than you think 🤍

I look at this photo and remember how hard I was trying to hold it all together as a first time mum. I loved her so deeply, but I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and silently struggling through every sleepless night and short, exhausting to settle nap in the day.

It wasn’t until I opened up to a close friend, like really opened up, that everything started to shift. She listened to me.
She didn’t tell me it was part of motherhood. She didn’t tell me it would pass and to push through. She didn’t tell me to sleep when the baby sleeps.

She told me how important sleep is, and she gently pointed me towards sleep support. Something I had never been told of before; not in any of my antenatal classes, not by my midwife or my child health nurse..

That one conversation with her became the turning point I didn’t know I needed. Learning about infant sleep made me feel seen, supported, and capable again.
It opened the door to smoother nights, easier settles, longer naps and I felt myself coming back too.
For me personally, the anxious thoughts lessened and the joy increased ✨

And then, my passion for understanding infant sleep and helping other mums who were like me grew, I felt like I needed to tell every other exhausted mum.

I share this because if you’re in that season right now, you don’t have to pretend you’re fine and you’re not alone. Sleep is incredibly important for everyone. Reaching out can truely change everything. 🤍

So often I work with families who are offering their baby a nap way too soon because they are following generic information and aren’t considering what’s actually going on for their little one.
Your baby communicates more accurately than any app ever could and your instincts matter.
💛 Save this if you need the reminder.

If sleep has completely unravelled between 4-6 months, please hear this: you didn’t cause it.
Around this age, your baby’s sleep evolved so much.
Cycles change. Awareness increases. Sleep needs shift.
So the way they fall asleep suddenly matters more and this stage often calls for some support, adjustment, and understanding.
Sleep doesn’t break at 4 months.
It evolves 🫶✨
