The nap schedule that actually works for your life 👇
I’m never going to tell you that you need to be home for every single nap of the day because that’s not realistic, and honestly? It’s not necessary either.
What I do encourage is being home consistently for one nap. That’s your anchor nap. The one where your baby gets that long, restorative sleep in their own sleep space.
The rest of the day is yours.
Because getting out of the house as a new mum isn’t something to feel guilty about. It’s important for your mental health, your recovery, and honestly your whole family.
Sleep and flexibility aren’t opposites. You really can have both. ✨
If you’ve been feeling trapped at home, watching the clock between every nap, that’s not what good sleep support looks like. It should give you your life back, not take it away.
Save this if it takes the pressure off 🙌
