With experience in aged care, orthopaedics & private practice, Hinal supports patients of all ages from pickleball injuries to post-natal care.

She specialises in: ✅ Sports injuries ✅ Arthritis & osteoporosis ✅ Women’s health & pelvic care ✅ Balance & mobility for older adults
✅ Group pilates classes
