You woke up tired again.
Snapped at someone you love.

That was me too.
After a decade in mental health, I was “the strong one” everyone leaned on, and the one crying in the shower at 7am, googling why am I like this?
I tried everything:
Therapy. Yoga. Journaling. Meditation.
They gave me moments of calm… but nothing shifted the constant hum of stress in my body.
Then burnout knocked me flat.
I quit. Sold my house. Packed my dog.
Went back to the only thing that had never failed me: nature. 🌿
That’s when I realised something no one had ever taught me:
Nature is a mirror for our own energy.
Just like the Earth, our bodies are made up of elements 🌏 Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.
When you understand your own energy through these elements, you see the patterns you’ve been living on repeat.
You notice why you react the way you do.
What throws you off balance, and what brings you back.
And when you can see it, you can shift it.
When you balance it, your body does what it’s built to do: heal. ❤️
