The Choice Point is the moment where you can choose to move in line with, or away from your values to become the person you want to be.

In a difficult situation, we can often become "hooked" into unhelpful or healthy thoughts and behaviours, which can move us away from authenticity, goals and values. Using our "helpers" like strengths and values, can move us towards these things instead.

Reminder: Grief isn't just about death. Feelings of grief and loss can come about as a result of the end of a relationship or friendship, retirement, migration, even job or home changes. Grief is the result of change, even positive changes can lead to feelings of loss.

No loss is worse or easier than another, given the response is unique to each person.
