As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for finding leads and closing sales for business to consumer - residential market, you will be expected to draw on your own referral network and responsible for running networking campaigns and you will be provided with an extensive list of business to business clients of which you will be expected to make direct outbound calls and maintain high activity with a goal to have maximum appointments per week, this will involve cold calling. We do provide full company collateral to assist, from scripting, to digital CRM recording and follow ups.

Successful candidates will be expected to complete a personality assessment.
You will:
Provide extensive product information and advice to customers on product suitability
Visit customer's homes and workplaces, assisting with all queries regarding their possible upcoming switchable glass projects and manage visits inline with company policy and Covid19 rules if applicable.
Add value to the business by building strong customer relations
Building clientele through phone calls and marketing programs
Call on existing customers to build relationships
Conduct research to find potential new clients
Develop new business opportunities.
You will have:
Proven ability to convert leads into Sales and overcome objections
Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact successfully with all types of people. Adequate experience in complaint handling.
Proficient with the use of Microsoft O365 Suite including Word, Excel, Teams & Outlook
Proven experience in achieving high sales and closing challenging deals
Measure and Quote experience will be considered valuable
You must be able to drive and have a reliable vehicle and current valid C class drivers' license
A right to work in Australia
