Who is ready to smash their goals in 2024? Come and join the women's only running group! Starting Tuesday 19th March 2024 we have a brand new running course starting. This course is suitable for both beginner and experienced runners.

The course is 8 weeks and included two coached runs each week, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am in different locations around Bassendean. Each session goes for approximately 45-60 minutes. The course concludes with Woodbridge parkrun on Saturday 11th May. All of this for $150!

Not sure you are ready to commit to 8 weeks? Come along on Tuesday 12th and/or Thursday 14th March for our free trial week!

Have you been wondering about the women’s only running group but unsure about committing to a course? Well I’ve got some great news for you!

We are offering two free sessions, on Tuesday 12th and Thursday 14th March. Get in touch for the details on how to join these sessions. These sessions are for all women runners, new to running or experienced. Come and join an amazing group of supportive and welcoming women while you get fit and improve your running.

Starting Tuesday 9th January is our next Women’s only Beginners run course. $150 for 2 coached sessions each week (Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am) and a plan for a self directed run on the weekends. The course finishes at Woodbridge parkrun on Saturday 2nd March.

It’s summer, and that means it’s a great time for swimming!! Join us for our coached Open Water Swim session. Coogee Shark net Saturday 6th January 7am. $15 for approximately 1 hour of coached open water swimming. This session is perfect for those who are able to swim front crawl comfortably in a pool, but might be new to swimming in the ocean. Or maybe you haven’t had a swim in the ocean for a while, or are comfortable ocean swimming and want to swim with a great group of ladies. Places strictly limited, so get in touch if you are keen to give it a go!
