Taking time out... to go in...

There is no time like the present... to be present!

There is so much going on in our lives, especially at this time of year.
There is also allot of collective energy hurtling around impacting us all on a global scale.

It may seem ironic that when we are at our busiest and under the most pressure, this is the time we need to take 'time out' to rebalance, calm the nervous system, be present with you body, mind, heart and soul.... and take a few deep breaths of appreciation.

Learning mindfulness and appreciation is an essential skill so you can flourish while the universe keeps spinning around us. Making it a habit will make it your superpower!

One that challenges your security/comfort, yet has the potential of manifesting something amazing. Here lies the challenge for you, the risk that may reap the greater reward OR choosing security/comfort. Now, we all know that growth/learning requires discomfort and challenge - but the choice is always yours to make. Whether you approach with a list of pro's/cons, drop into your intuition or simply step off the cliff........

The Fool - the divine has certainly pulled an epic follow up card. Signifying the beginning of a new adventure, this card leans towards stepping of the cliff and the beginning of our next learning phase (of which we have many in this lifetime). Saturday morning antics.... revising choreography to give my awesome RPM peeps variety next week.
I've finally caught a wee cold, so doing this with the help of laughing Buddha and a box of tissues instead of the gym 🤣

I learnt the art of visualisation as a kid through sport... a very handy skill! Imagine the best outcome .... engaging as many of your senses as possible. I'm my case I'm smashing out a class to a group of energetic, positive peeps.. I remember all the choreography, I cue like a champion, I feel my muscles engage, heart rate increase and the excitement and enjoyment of teaching.

You can do this too!
Visualise the outcome you want. Then feel it, see it, hear it... and repeat it.
