We all move along the wellbeing continuum from excelling and thriving to coping, struggling or sinking. That movement is normal. The key is noticing early and acting sooner.

🤔 Consider: If sleep dips, focus fades or irritability rises, pause and reset before addressing critical tasks.

Our presentations sparked meaningful conversations, with high engagement from the crew and people openly sharing stories that inspire and empower others. ⭐

It's all part of our commitment to supporting mental wellbeing, especially for those working in remote locations. Together, we building a culture where looking after your mind is just as imporatnt as the work you do on the surface or underground.

Our training and learning resources provide leaders, wellbeing champions and employees with the tools and strategies needed, to talk about, and respond to, workplace physical and mental health problems and crises, resulting in a sustainable workplace culture of psychological health and wellbeing.

Once trained, leaders are able to identify the signs and symptoms that can affect physical and mental health at work, common risk factors and be able to recommend available support options.

We’ve officially launched our 8-month Strong Minds, Strong Mines mental health program at Greenbushes. Shout-out to the incredible crews on-site for getting behind this initiative with open minds and strong hearts and a massive thank you to Soa Palelei and Becky Felstead for passionately facilitating the program.

Together, we’re creating a culture where it’s okay to speak up, to check in, and to look out for one another. This is more than a program it’s a movement to build stronger minds, safer sites, and a future where mental health is everyone's business.
