I’ve been a bit slack with my updates lately, but here I am, stepping into 2026 healed, cleansed, and ready for anything. I even saged my house, in all the corners, cupboards and nooks and cranny’s. I used actual sage, as well as my own energy clearing mist. Then I put some time aside on New Years Eve to sit in my power and think about everything in my life I am grateful for. And there is a lot 🙏

I listed everything I want to leave behind in 2025. All the things. The emotions. The negative thoughts I find creeping in sometimes. Because I’m human you know?!

Then came time to manifest. Or set my intentions for 2026. Or at least ‘think’ about the direction I wanted to head in for 2026. I thanked my spiritual team for their continued support of me, my dreams and my sometimes crazy out-the-gate plans.

Then I burnt both these lists, releasing into the universe, everything that doesn’t serve me, and welcoming in everything that does 🙌🏻💁‍♀️

I even sat under the table at midnight and ate 12 grapes because iykyk 🙊 And I still managed to scramble to my feet and open the front door to let the old energy out and the new energy in before the clock ticked 12:01.

I’m not taking any chances. I did all of the things. I’m ready for it 2026 and I’m so excited I’m practically skipping in, to catch that galloping horse that is 2026.

Ok I’ll admit, while I love what it does and what it stands for, I’m not a huge lover of the smell of sage 🫣 it gives me a burnt chook vibe 🙊

But we all have those spaces, or people or even ourselves that need cleansing regularly.

This is my take on sage-ing my space. I created this intuitively, infused it with Reiki and sent it out into the world to work its magic.

This is my favourite mist at the moment 🫶🏻 it has so many uses.

It is the best mood enhancer, sleep serum, confidence booster, manifesting tool,and best of all it smells delicious so you can use it daily instead of perfume.
