I have just completed a wonderful 8 days of training in Ubud Bali. Learning how to combine Yin Yoga with Acupuncture and the meridians systems. Muscle relaxation is a key ingredient in Yin Yoga, which is so different from other styles of yoga practice, allowing us to stretch the fascia ( layers of connective tissue). The Acupuncture meridians reside inside our fascia. Stretching the fascia can help facilitate a healthy flow of Qi (energy) inside the meridians and our body, promoting the body’s natural healing abilities and help with the symptoms of many medical conditions. Workshops coming in the new year. 2024 the year of healthier you!
