▫️Why you’re getting your brows done? An event? Want some self care? Need some help with the shape?
▫️What you currently like about your brows/what don’t you like.
▫️How you usually style your brows - defined, fluffy, no idea?
▫️How you would like your brows to look - dark, natural, somewhere in between, not sure?

RYB understands sometimes unexpected situations occur. With this in mind we respectfully ask for atleast 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any changes/cancellations that are made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service you have booked.

If you’re more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may not be able to complete the full service you have booked. RYB will do their best to accommodate you however, in busy times this may not be possible and you will be charged the full amount of the service you have booked.

RYB now requires your card details to book your appointment. This card will NOT be charged unless you fail to follow the cancellation policy outlines above. RYB looks at each situation individually and in the event of a true unavoidable situation we may consider waiving the cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.

RYB opening hours update!

RYB will be operating on an alternating schedule: one week we will be open on Friday; and the next week we’re open Saturday. This allows RYB to offer flexible hours for clients who cannot book in during the week. RYB recommends checking ahead each week for the specific days of operation ✨

RYB’s first Saturday will be the 30th August, which is now updated in the booking system🙌🏼

Brow transformations don’t always need to be dramatic. Here’s what we did👇🏼👇🏼

- mapped to create an even thickness from beginning to end.
- kept hairs at beginning of brow to suit clients face structure.
- lightened tint at beginning of brow as the hairs are short (growing back), creating an ombré look.
- slightly thinned (width) at beginning of the brow
- Tidied tail of brow to be defined.
- Brow tint to pick up the light brow hairs (add thickness and create evenness)
- Brow tint to match the clients current hair colour.
