Hello, and hope 2024 has started well for you.

I have taken a few weeks off to replenish my energy and recharge!

Last year I was privileged to meet some beautiful children and their families and witnessed some amazing insights and healing.
I look forward to what this year brings.

I am also expanding my private practice to provide Perinatal Counselling for women who may have had an experience with birth trauma, anxiety, postnatal depression, and grief and loss.

Expressive Arts and sensory-based approaches are one way to support communication when words are not easily available.

I feel privileged to be working with some primary school students using Masks to explore emotions and facilitate communication by asking about the symbols used, choice of colours and so much more.
The use of Masks can support children to give a face to invisible or hidden feelings.
