Most people see the business side of what I do now.
They don’t see where it actually started.
Before online coaching…
Before creating digital templates…
I was a professional Muay Thai fighter,
and a Western Australian State Champion.
Fighting taught me things no business book ever could:
• How to stay calm under pressure
• How to keep showing up when it’s uncomfortable
• How to stick to a process even when results aren’t immediate
• How to take hits, adjust, and keep moving forward
Business is no different.
Launches don’t always land.
Content doesn’t always convert.
DMs get ignored.
Clients cancel.
Self-doubt shows up.
The coaches who win aren’t the most talented...
.they’re the ones who can handle stress without quitting.
Here’s the part most coaches overlook 👇
You already have proof you can do hard things.
Maybe it was:
• building your body from nothing
• changing your own health
• competing in sport
• leaving a job to coach full-time
• rebuilding after burnout or failure
Those experiences didn’t just “happen” to you.
They trained you.
The discipline, resilience, and standards you developed there?
That’s the same skill set that builds a winning coaching business.
If you’re a PT or coach reading this — ask yourself:
👉 What’s something hard you’ve already overcome?
👉 What did it teach you about yourself?
👉 And how can you bring that version of you into your business today?
That’s where real confidence comes from.
