Connection before compliance — here’s why relationships are at the heart of progress… 🌟

At LaunchPod, we know that meaningful growth doesn’t begin with instructions or expectations. It begins with connection, feeling safe, understood, and valued for who you are. For our neurodivergent young people, this sense of trust is the foundation that allows any new skill to take shape.

✨ MEET KYLE ✨

One of our incredible Therapy Assistants here at LaunchPod! 🚀

Kyle is passionate about helping children feel confident, capable, and celebrated for who they are. With experience supporting children across home and community settings, he brings a calm, consistent, and compassionate approach to every session. 💛

Working closely alongside Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, Kyle helps implement therapy goals through meaningful, play-based support that encourages emotional regulation, independence, and connection. 🌈

He’s currently completing his Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance and has completed several NDIS training modules to strengthen his skills and knowledge. Outside of LaunchPod, Kyle’s love for music shines, he sings, writes songs, and plays guitar and piano, often using music as a bridge to connect and engage with children in creative ways. 🎶

Having grown up across the USA, Qatar, Indonesia, and Australia, Savannah has a unique ability to connect quickly and meaningfully with others. Her experience in paediatric disability support has strengthened her skill in building strong, trusting relationships that help children thrive. 🌈
