Is it just me or have noticed people have become robotic in their human exchange?

Greg Braden predicts that by 2030 most humans will have some form of Ai remodelling to take away levels of emotion in human kind.

In my opinion human “kind” is one of the most important aspects of a human “being”.

On the opposite side of this many are only concerned with WINNING. At any cost to being kind, without regard for love.

There are those that love and those that want to only win. Know your people.

Forrest bathing was my morming practice today 🌳✨Have you tried it?

Can you relate to just feeling a bit exhausted with life at times?

In Perth lately we are getting smashed with heat waves too & that didn’t help.

The Forrest brings a sense of deep peace, protection, fresh energy, strength, safety, wisdom & for me a great connection to myself & the divine within & surrounding us.

On the weekend my nature practice will be the ocean.🌊

Its so important to create the space in our busy daily lives to pause. To breathe & reset. Done with all your higher awareness it can be profound.

In that space is when we hear the whispering of our truth.. Our soul longing for what it desires.. The magic within that Eckart Tolle refers to as the “un - manifested” .

Within you flows the chi containing all your desires that is currently the energy that has not become manifested as 3D yet. It has not yet been brought to life.

It is there though… a river of possibility & poteniality just waiting to be made manifest.

Im going through a phase where I feel I need less.

Less people…less things… less attachments.. less noise… less to concern myself with.

In the process I seem to gain so much more insight..

Theres so much to be appreciated within the silence of the space.

Can I share my vulnerability with you? 💔

Today instead of being busy and focussed to be back at work without distraction (now all my kids have moved off or at school)

I spent most of my day self soothing….

And in ritual to my self. ❤️

I allowed myself to feel my heartbreaking grief that I had suppressed .

I allowed the pain of perceived rejection & abondonment to surface from the depths.

I allowed the fear from inner child to be witnessed abc soothed. The fear of expanding beyond my comfort zone in my business and next relationships.

I touched my body with loving kindness

I fed my body with comforting wholesome foods

I shared my feelings with people I love

I allowed myself to be seen

I crumbled for a while … allowing the waves of grief to wash through me. 🌊

I played soulful music and allowed my body to move

I cuddled my dogs

I tended to my garden internally and externally

And in all honestly I wasn’t ready to do any effort within my business until now… 2.30pm when it’s time to pick up my child and tend to her needs.

You know what? That’s ok

Because I vowed to never again try to fit in.

To not waste my life trying to contend with the matrix but instead to find the ways to elevate above it to succeed at life on my terms.

I vowed to honour myself my body my womb and my heart as the divine feminine warrior of love I know that I was born to be.

If I fall down and I forget then I will dust myself off.. allow myself the grace to feel it witness it and comfort myself instead of berate myself or go into old trauma responses of running away fighting or fawning to the people who want to cross my boundaries.

I will love myself a little more for understanding my journey.

Loving myself for reaching into love and wisdom and self compassion. Instead of guilt, shame and fear of many days gone by.

If I am to be fully loved and seen then I allow it to be a full experience.

The capacity and the energy of which I can receive and love myself is the energy and the capacity of which someone else will be ready to give and receive to me.

This I know.

So as I held the bruised heart of my inner child I whispered to her… “I love you I am here you are enough”

I also held the body of the sensual woman and touch her also with words “I love you you are beautiful & powerful and you are so worthy”

This with body movement eventually released the energy within my womb full of the grief the rage and the sense of holding other peoples energy that keeps me in the dark, stagnant, stuck in past.

I release the sadness within my heart of the pain of my inner child’s abandonment & boundaries crossed. Making her (me) feel unimportant.

I reunite the energy of both in a magical release 🔥 of rebirth.

And now I am ready for my week. 🥰
For creating magic.

For helping my clients transform the energy of their business and relationships to self and others.

For creating the content for Your Soul Path program 🙌🏼✨

This kind of therapy - the somatics - inner child - self love - divine femme work

It will energise your life, your relationships, your cells full of youthful vitality.

Many women feel shame about the amount of money they’ve invested in their growth.

Truth be told I’ve invested way over $100k maybe like $250k easy. Courses, masterminds, mentors, coaches.

You can’t get there alone.. that’s the facts. We are not meant to do all the things alone. We need each other.
We need relationships, lovers, family, friendships, partnerships & we need mentors that can guide us into the versions of us that we want to explore and express.

The amount you are prepared to invest is relevant to the amount you wish to expand.

It should feel scary.

The mind cannot make sense of it all. So it is processed it as perceived threat.. raises your fear factor. Feels so much better to shrink back to comfort - short term! Short term comfort will usually lead to long term pain.

Short term pain = long term gains.

It’s not a common path to be a spiritual entrepreneur. It’s a path of the initiated and the brave.

When we talk of investments we associate it to solid structures we can own or perhaps investing into a PhD. That piece of paper is seen as something of high value. Our mind can make sense of it.

Truth is that often people without a PhD are among the richest in the world. Because they followed an unlikely path. They took a chance.

Remember before you leap into anything new the ego will always remind you of all the times you messed up.

So just own it. Take a deep breath.. thank yourself for coming this far. Self soothe. Dance out all the bubbles of excitement and Adrenalin that will surface💃🏻.

Release lineages of shame as a woman for showing up in your feminine magnetic fire.. in your sensual self.. fir being seen..for choosing yourself even when you own the role of mother. Acknowledge that you’re still a woman with desires for a life outside of a current role. Own your passion and you will a better woman for it. Then a better mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, Healer, coach , entrepreneur 💃🏻

Follow your heart into the danger zone… this is where all the magic happens!
