I love this statement because for me I feel it makes me accountable for my choices.
It brings the onus to me first, by collecting my energy so I can feel really whole and more powerful in myself to listen to my instincts/higher self, which enables me to be more discerning to make choices that are in my best interest.

What can kinesiology do for me?
